If you've received an item that seems defective or damaged (sorry to hear that!), please let us know so we can send a replacement or provide a refund for you.
Please read the Return and Refund policy:
- Terms of return - Claims for damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
- State of return - Use original packaging when returning the damaged product
- Process for return - 1) Take a photo of the damages and email us at the below address. 2) Once we verify that it is defective, we will immediately email a shipping label and a return authorization (RA) form to you. 3) Apply the shipping label to the original packaging making sure to cover or remove the old shipping label. The RA form must be included inside the returned shipment!
- Process of refund - Once the shipment is received back to us, a full refund or replacement will be sent to the purchaser. Refunds are sent as a credit to the payment method used.
- Please note that NO return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from Silver Linings Art. All orders are shipped UPS ground, or USPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
